I have now taken the tea for one month now, and I used to have severe cramping since 5 years now, but I started taking the tea just to see if it would work. I took it 10 days before my period and 5 days in my period and I literally had very minimal cramping! I used to faint on my first day of cycle, so to go from that, to instead be able to work and grocery shop is something I never thought would be possible!
Try the tea at least for one month! I have already bought one for a friend of mine who has irregular cycles and bad cramping too!!
I've used this for a few months now, and while I still get cramps this helps to alleviate the pain and greatly reduces the amount of ibuprofen I take.

I am that woman who stops everything I am doing and just lies on the bed when I get my period. I have been using Alvedone and Iprensa for a while now. KOOLA advised not to mix SELE TEA with other chemicals to experience better results.
In my normal days, my cramps would last for an hour. For the first time, after using SELE TEA for 3 weeks and a few days, I just saw my period without even a single crack of pain.
Later, after I saw my period, I was so happy. but then I started feeling a little bit of a headache and much more cramps, just as I usually get. I was even tempted to take Alvedone and Iprensa, but I kept my faith in SELE TEA.
The cramps continued, but they didn't last for a long time as I am used to. They only lasted for 5–10 minutes, and that was heaven for me.

I have had irregular menstruation ever since I had my first period and have gotten used to it. I also suffer from terrible dysmenorrhea. But Sele Tea changed it. I started drinking sele tea in December 2023, and guess what? I had my period for three consecutive months, something I've never experienced before. I am truly happy, and during this time I feel only a little bit of pain, almost unnoticeable, unlike before, when I felt like I was being punished.
I drink sele tea before bed, and I add some honey to sweeten it. I really love it. So relaxing an aromatic.
